ECPI University has created an account for you to complete daily COVID-19 self-screening online. With your CHROME web browser, please go to the following URL: https://www.covidtracker.org
Log in with your ECPI University email address. You will be prompted for your ECPI University email password.
After activating your account, you will want to download the mobile app version of the Kokomo24/7 IMS Enterprise Workplace Incident Software for self-screening.
The CovidTracker app is also available within the ECPI Mobile 2.5 app.
If you do not have a smartphone or cannot access the application on your phone, you will need to perform your daily self-screening at https://www.covidtracker.org.
Self-screening should be completed daily before you leave home to come to campus (and only needs to be completed if you are coming to campus). Upon completing the survey you will receive either a green or red passport badge.
If a green passport badge is generated, we will see you on campus.
If a red passport badge is generated, you should call your campus and ask to speak with your Campus President before heading to campus.
The health and safety of our faculty, staff, and students is our highest priority, and the University appreciates your cooperation in performing daily self-screening. You will be required to present your passport badge when you arrive on campus, and you will have your temperature taken. If you have not done your self-screening, you will be asked to complete it upon arrival.
